Joint measures and corollaries to the program for rich countries
I. Abolition of theocratic society II. Institution of antitheocratic society Note
The IAI’s program is indivisible. It must be accomplished in its totality, in the most immediate way. Each proposed specific orientation isn’t worth anything and has no chance of being realized in accordance to its aim if it is separated from the general objective: the creation of an autonomous society.
The only possible transition from theocratic bureaucratic capitalist society and antitheocratic councillist society is the power of the revolutionary councils. In the event of a radical collective sedition, these councils will probably not be general or of use to start. They will most likely initially be mainly revolutionary proletarian
 - or, in other words, revolutionary workers or wage workers councils - or, secondarily, grouped according to other criterions; because the individuals who will take part in them, during the revolutionary transition, will take action from an alienated position - of specialist, worker, employee, with a precise function in the class division; and, among these individuals, only the revolutionaries. The passive or timorous individuals, or class enemies, will not take part in them. The proletariat, because of its omnipresence in the cogwheels of the industrial capitalist economy, its great number and the fact that it is an enslaved class, the proletariat becoming revolutionary is the best placed in society in order to expropriate all modern means and places of life and institute the councils’ power on the ruins of capitalism. The other revolutionary councils gather revolutionaries belonging to other social classes. If a movement proves to be antitheocratic it will quickly tend to exceed these separations. Revolutionary councils are organized according to the same anti-hierarchical principles as councils into general. They are not all of society nor all the proletariat but a part which wants the antitheocratic transformation of life.
The IAI evaluates the effectiveness of any strategy only in relation to its program and approves of any action or theory which aims its total realization. Thus, the IAI only engages in reformist or partial struggles for strictly tactical reasons - for freedom of expression and association, to improve the propagation of antitheocratic theory and the organization of revolution, for example - and condemns all reformisms but especially those crossbred with revolutionary phraseology ? “struggles” against unemployment, for the lowering of working time and the rise of wages in rich countries, for the integration of minorities, for equal wages beetween men and women, for a clean “capitalism”.
